Playbill says that Bernadette will be on the Regis Philbin show on January 16th.

Unfortunately, it doesn't sound like it. I think she'll just be a guest--hope it's not too brief.

Hmm, interesting timing; the following from a chat room on TVLand:
" 'Carol Burnett and Friends' will debut with a marathon on January 17th and 18th and join the regular schedule on January 19th, airing at 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at 8 p.m., Monday through Sunday."
I doubt that she would appear on Regis to plug Carol Burnett, probably just coincidence. Whatever, it's always nice to see her live on "Live."

I wonder if it has something to do with Gypsy and her contract? Maybe a formal announcement that she's renewing her contract? Wouldn't that be awesome?

It figures that the Carol Burnett marathon is that weekend  I'm going to a Bette Midler concert on the 17th (and possibly again on the 18th). I'll have to attempt taping it; but God knows someone in my house always screws up the vcr.

This is straying from the subject,but I believe I read on ATC that TV Land will not show the musical segments from Burnett's show (messy and expensive royalties,I think).

Maybe she'll sing something from Sherry and bring Regis a cat from a shelter. He and Ashley were just on the cover of the magazine I get from my vet. In the article, Joy said she thinks he misses Ashley more than he misses her when they leave the cat at home.

The Carol Burnett Show used to air on another channel for a long time (at like 4am), and they never showed the musical segments. So it wouldn't surprise me if they don't show them on TV Land...especially if it's only a half hour time slot. Either way it's still a great show. I just wish we could see the each episode in its entirety.

It was just announced on Playbill.com that Bernadette will actually be PERFORMING a number from the show!!! How exciting!

I think the time that Regis is on depends on where you live. In my case, my cable company gives us both Baltimore and Washington stations, so I get Regis at 9:00 am from the Washington station (WJLA, the ABC affiliate), and at 10:00am from Baltimore (WBAL, the NBC affiliate). This gives me 2 chances to get the taping right...
