Love that word "twee." You don't hear it very often in the US.

What exactly does "twee" mean? (Pardon my ignorance.) It's fun to say, though!

I think of it as British slang for "precious" or "overly sweet," derived from "tweet" a baby-talk version of "sweet."

Off to Atlantic City for a day at the quarter slots, a moderately huge lunch, and a nippy walk on the boardwalk.
