An open message to Kevin: would it be possible, Professor, to permanently bar some of the more obnoxious (and, frankly, obscene) posters from this site? A good project for your students, perhaps?
I am avoiding mentioning specifc names because, as they say, "Do not feed the trolls."

Hi Jean,
It'd be far easier if they came from one place, but they come from all over the world. I can ban user names, but then they create new ones. I made it easier to mass delete junk posts and reindex the boards, so hopefully that'll help.

Thanks, but I don't actually show my birthdate here, I just move it around (I know, even to me that sounds ridiculous!). Actually my b'day is in May, and although I rarely "celebrate" I did have a lovely day in Heidelberg.
