Okay, I guess I should answer since I'm the one who started the South Park hat thing.

lol means "laugh out loud." Computer lingo. I'm personally not a big fan of computer lingo and I never use it, but "LOL" seems to fly unbidden out of my fingers sometimes.

The South Park Hat was first mentioned in a thread last month. Basically, I was at the stage door one night and Bernadette came out, and as we're talking to one another, and she's signing my stuff, yadda yadda, I notice that she looks very lovely and professional. Black coat, red scarf, and a black hat... except on further inspection, the black hat has an embroidered Cartman on it. And Cartman is a character from the very brash, Un-PC cartoon, SOUTH PARK. It was just a very bizarre thing to see on Bernadette's head. So I told her I liked her hat, which she laughed at, and said, "oh, you do? Me too, it's colorful." This became a discussion in a thread.

So now whenever I see pictures of bundled up Bernadette, I have to wonder where the South Park hat is.

When I get my scanner shipped up to me I'll scan my pictures and show you.

Q: Any funny incidents or accidents with Kristin (Chenoweth)?

Norbert Leo Butz: I have this Errol Flynn moment where I swing in on this rope. One night in San Francisco, I let go of the rope and the rest of the actors started cracking up. I turned around and the rope had literally tied around Kristin's head and got caught on her crown and was pulling her off stage. It was like watching Barbie get hung.

So do you know at all if Bernadette wore the hat because she likes South Park or she just liked the hat?

From what I understand it is her husband's hat. He apparently collects a lot of strange hats. My suspicion is, of course, that Bernadette is a closet South Park junkie.

LOL it would be funny if she came out of the stage door one night and just said really loudly, "Respect My Authority!"
If she does actually like South Park, I hope the writers of the show don't find out. They might make her a guest character on the show; and God knows they are never favorable towards the celebrity characters they put on the show.
