According to this article at the Mayor's Alliance for NYC's Animals, Inc. site, Broadway Barks will be held in 2014, details:

When: July 12
Where: Shubert Alley
Time: 3:30–6:30 p.m

Bernadette will ring the NASDAQ closing bell on July 11 (2014) in honor of Broadway Barks.

A nice presentation at the NASDAQ closing bell; at the end, about 10 people came out to join Bernadette and Tom Viola--I recognized Judy Katz and Patty S.

Bernadette will be signing posters at noon (prior to the event which starts at 3).
