Registered: 8/14/2003 | posted: 7/15/2005 at 11:32:05 PM ET No, you don't have to pay to attend Broadway Barks. It is free and open to the public. They do sell things though (playbills, t-shirts, raffle tickets etc.) to help raise money for the shelters.
It never ends up being "free" for me in the end but at least all of the money goes to an excellent cause!
