I wonder how she reacted to 'At this performance, the role of Billy Chrystal will be played by...Bernadette Peters!'!

She looked fab, as usual.

The announcement at the beginning on who is playing the part of Billy Crystal is alternated with other famous people so chances are they didn't play "will be played by Bernadette Peters". Though it would have been funny if they had.

Agree! The dress is beautiful.

I would have loved to seen Billy Crystal's show.

That would have been a great night of laughs.

"BILLY Crystal giving his closing performance of "700 Sundays" for Dick Parsons, Danny DeVito and Walter Cronkite and then celebrating at Ruby Foo's in Times Square with Matthew Broderick, Nathan Lane, Bernadette Peters and Bob Costas ".

from the "New York Post"

hmm...Bernadette and the boys [Nathan and Matthew] seem to be quite the trio!

(I don't understand the post by Emma...have I finally gotten too old for this stuff?)

Hey, I know that one. It's Betty Bacall, from Kander and Ebb's "Woman of the Year."

Do I win a prize?
