Bernadette does not come out after matinees on Wednesdays and Saturdays because she stays in her dressing room and rests. I see no reason why she would alter this habit just because the show is about to close.

If you are going to a matinee and want to meet Bernadette you might try going to the stage door two hours before the show starts. That's how I met her once. It's also a lot less chaos than after the show.

Yea Caty, you'll defiently be safe. The last time I went, I saw a matinee and they said she usually gets there two hours in advance, so by 12pm the latest. The great thing about going early is that its less hectic and you can get yourself composed! LOL. At least i needed to!

Just my personal opinion and a little advice. If you go to see her before the show, keep it very brief. A lot of actors are really wonderful about signing autographs and such after a show but remember before the show, they are probably in a rush and need to be concentrating on preparing for the show. So if you have something for her to sign, have it ready and just keep your meeting as fast as possible. Don't keep her from her precious personal time.
