I have returned from a recent New York trip where we were fortunate enough to sit second row center for GYPSY.

What a show! The cast plays so well together and of course, Bernadette Peters is incredible! What a voice and what energy, it was certainly a joy and an honor to see her perform.

We witnessed the charity auction of a necklace she wore which went for $6,000! The cast and crew were blown away! Bernadette and John were so good about getting the auction going and continuing.......a fun way to end a perfect night!

Wow - that is at least twice what the auction brought on the night we saw the show! They do have a great time doing the auction bit at the end, they really make it fun.

Bernadette's gifts of voice, acting, etc. More so gifts to us who are fortunate enough to see her work!
