I think if Bernadette tried to sing her version of "Fever" on network TV, well, let's just say censors probably wouldn't allow it. lol Plus Dave would probably have another heart attack.
Bette sang that song better on the Today Show Monday morning. She seemed rushed tonight.

I love Bette Midler so much!!! She's the best! I've seen her in the TV movie 'Gypsy', she was awesome in that!!! I'll have to get her new CD soon! As everyone else has said, I *heart* her, and Bernadette as well.

Finally, I know of someone who met Bette at the Tower Records signing! 4 of my friends and I (who live in MI) left on Monday night to go to NY and meet her, but were in a terrible car accident halfway through Pennslyvania when it started to snow. The car was totaled, and were stuck in PA the rest of day. We all thank God we're safe and alive.
Regardless.... , I seriously want to hear every single detail about the signing. What time you got at Tower Records in the morning to get your bracelet, the atmosphere later that night, the works! I'm dying to know!
