This time my seats were very good....2nd row orchestra dead middle for the matinee & 3rd row, 2 seats off orchestra middle.
It was interesting to see it now and compare it to August --- which was very good then --- my seats then were in the center mezzanine.
Both shows were great with the evening show probably slightly better -- more juice from the audience too.
It was interesting to see some of the small differences in emphasis and expressions between the two performances, and to notice things that I didn't in August.
BP's voice was great, as usual.
The standby for Tammy Blanchard, Ginifer King, performed in both Saturday shows. I thought she was very good -- BP made a special note of her during the post show fundraising discussion. (An aside ...BP did step forward after the matinee show to plug for the BC/Gay Men's Project though they didn't auction off anything). Just had things in the back. Tammy Blanchard was good in August, but her standby on Saturday seemed much more comfortable in the role.

I too enjoyed the little differences in nuance between the two shows, and found the audience to be more "in it" at the evening performance.
Is this Tammy's first miss?
