Bernadette Peters: There's nothing like this dame (Review, July 10, 2012)
I listened to part of this concert, broadcast live on the radio. I was struck by how much I liked Losing My Mind and, of course, several of my favorites, including Joanna and Some Enchanted Evening. And no matter how many times she sings it, and how many times I've heard it--Being Alive.

She sang, as much as I can remember,
(missed ...)
There is Nothing Like a Dame
Running gag-house in Florida
Joke: Eli Wallach, old man's birthday
Fever (with the joke, it's my first time...)
In Buddy's Eyes
Losing My Mind (long applause, more than for any of the other songs)
Some Enchanted Evening
Joanna (with a great intro, sounding like the spooky organ music) -may have this misplaced
talk: introduced Cubby (a celebrity) and Marvin who was on piano (we met when I was 13 and we've worked together for 13 years [not exactly it, but you get it]
Being Alive
talk: I'm selling CD's and books, and I'll tell you why..animals, (don't think she specifically mention the BB event)
Kramer's Song -- Encore (and with exit music a full orchestral rendition of Kramer's Song)
I missed the first song or 2, I think her portion started at around 3:50pm and ended at around 4:30p.

| posted: 7/12/2012 at 10:16:14 AM ET WGBH website has some past concerts offered as podcasts but BP's is not up. Sent an email inquiring as to whether this may be available at some time. Might not hurt if a few more of us asked about this too...

| posted: 7/25/2012 at 5:25:49 PM ET Finally got a response from the good people at WGBH. The Bernadette concert will not be rebroadcast or made available online. The first half of the concert (before Bernadette's program) is already up online but the management (I assume Angel/Capitol Records) did not grant permission for the station to distribute the rest of the concert.
