I had to miss the Strathmore concerts this past weekend. Anyone here get to go?

Hi: yes, I went to both concerts.
1) I did not stay for stage-door, so cannot report on any fun stuff;
2) she did her 75-minute concert, starting with Let Me Entertain You and ending with Kramer's Song
3) she did NOT sing Rose's Turn (she did not sing that song at either the November or August concerts last year, either)
4) she did Children Will Listen, Fever, With So Little to Be Sure Of/No One Is Alone, Move On, Shenandoah, When You Wish Upon a Star/A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes, Mr. Snow, Nothin' Like a Dame, You Could Drive a Person Crazy, Some Enchanted Evening, Being Alive, Not A Day Goes By (with the little bit of tearing-up), and a perfectly stunning (and very well appreciated) Joanna --probably some missing, not in concert order
5) she sang the audience part of "Dame" to the Montgomery County Council President (Peter ?), who wrote about it in a blog
6)seemed to be sold-out both concerts
7)she talked about the Kennedy Center birthday celebration for Senator Kennedy and mentioned meeting the President (and being very emotonal)--got a good hand; Eli Wallace joke; still selling that vacation house in Florida.

She looked great, held some notes longer than I remember, good energy and connection with the audience.

I think I saw her "special someone", you know, the "guest" in all the photos--in the balcony on Sunday, stayed there for the entire concert.

Good time, now when will she do some TenesseeWilliams/Shakespeare/or...just a song-and-dance on BROADWAY??

Thanks Jean. The two Strathmore concerts I saw on her last visit were just the best, really good orchestra too. It was really good to meet a few of the regulars from this message board too.

I went too but only on Sunday. I was in the front row and as a special treat, she came down off of the stage and sang Kramer's Song by walking along the entire front row. She may have had a little cold or allergies or something as she was clearing her throat a bit (but I'm not sure that many people could hear/see it.) Fantastic show though and it did appear sold out.
