Bernadette has a new Movie!!!! I'm so happy!!! I had no idea she was filming a movie!! Did I miss a post? Does anyone know what its about or where they are filming? when it is schedueled to be released?

Do we have any Italian translators here? The online ones leave something to be desired. From what I can decipher, it looks like maybe Patrizia Pellegrino is the producer and the director is Ilaria Borrelli. They hope to show the film at the film festival in Rome in October and the story is something about two different sisters one a bankrupt artist and the other a poor wine steward and something about an ancient villa.

I got this from free translation.com - it saved my neck so many times when I was doing french gcse!! I think you can work out the gist though it's not a perfect translation

Great pictures. I really love the second dress and yes, the dog too! 
I'm very excited to hear more about this film. Obviously its a foreign film and might have limited release in this country. Man, I'm glad I live in NYC where these things usually get screenings. Here's hoping. I wonder if its in Italian.

Well thank you. Or rather I should thank Scottie who sent it to me. It's from an article that ran in a London Paper (The Times?) at the time of Bernadette's 1998 concert there.
