From: NYC | posted: 1/10/2006 at 11:07:57 AM ET As of today, we are less than 112 days away from Bernadette's Gala Concert at Avery Fisher Hall in Lincoln Center, New York. A committee has been formed to plan our own "Fanadette Bash". Already, the afternoon/evening is taking shape and I promise you won't be disappointed! Please mark your calendar to attend our bash here in NYC on Sunday, April 30th. If you are interested in attending, send me a PM or an email and I'll add your name to the list.

From: NYC | posted: 1/10/2006 at 3:40:27 PM ET An official announcement about the event will come later. Right now, I'm just starting with a preliminary headcount. I need to know how many people might come in order to get to do a certain thing I want us to do. I think I already have enough though. Y'all are going love it and I guarantee a good time will be had by all.
And if Bernadette wants to cook for us, that's her prerogative. (As long as there are "beverages", we'll try anything).

| posted: 1/10/2006 at 3:58:38 PM ET What are the only things she cooks? Eggs, tomato sauce and ricotta cake? If you have the right "beverage", anything could be a good menu.
Or you know if Bernadette is hosting she'll probably just have it catered so you'll eat well.

From: NYC | posted: 2/8/2006 at 12:50:47 PM ET UPDATE! I am close to confirming plans for the April 30, 2006 Fanadette Bash. The pre-dinner event will most likely begin about 4:30 or 5:00 although that is not confirmed yet. It will cost about $10 per person although we may get a discount for a group rate. I know some of you are probably going to try to see a Sunday matinee so please keep the time in mind. There are almost 30 people who have indicated that they will attend. It is going to be a great shindig. I do have question for you all. Since we are a large group for dinner, I have narrowed down my restaurant choice to two places - both have a nice menu although one is only Italian. For a package deal, NOT INCLUDING ALCOHOL (cough cough), the minimum per person will be about $40 - that includes appetizer or salad, entre, dessert, and beverage, tax & tip. I will have to put down a deposit so this is of utmost importance that once you have committed you try your best to uphold your reservation. (Other important note: alcohol can be purchased separately - again you know who you are). PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THIS IS OUT OF YOUR PRICE RANGE - I want this to be an inclusive event. If we do not all agree on this price, I will continue my search but please remember this is New York City so prices are high. After dinner, the party will move to a pub for those of you who are a certain legal age. Please respond here about the price or if you have private concerns, feel free to respond to my pm.
(In the interest of keeping this serious, please don't just post snide remarks or jokes).
Thank you, Your Cruise Director!
