BTW-Skiabi what is your picture of that is your avatar? I'm assuming that's you. From this small pic I see a slight resemblance to Bernadette.

I see where anon is coming from....it DOESNT have anything to do with BP (i learned that lesson once), but it could have been worded some other way i'm sure...i think for all minor posts not having to do with BP should just go into the theatre chat, or maybe Kevin could create another chat folder for Misc.

Well, that anonymous person was VERY rude; but I like Jarred's idea of maybe having some sort of Off-Topic section for posts not pertaining to Bernadette or Theatre.

I agree. I have been visiting this site for years and part of the appeal has been the fact that friendships are made through the forum with Bernadette as the link. The description does call it "general chit-chat" and it does say that this is a place to discuss Bernadette "AND make new friends with other Bernadette fans." Part of making friends is keeping up with the going-ons of each other. I remember many of you congratulating Moljul on the birth of her niece just a few weeks ago. That was nice to read posts like from the regular vistors of this site. If people do not like reading posts that do not directly pertain to Bernadette news/gossip then they can just skip those that are undesirable and move on to the next post! AND make new friends

Thanks, Mr. Big, I agree. Skibabi (Amanda) clearly labelled her post as O/T, so anyone not interested in that sort of thing had fair warning. Personally, I love the off-topic stuff--sometimes almost as much as the Bernadette postings (well, maybe not quite).
