Hey All, Just went to bernadettepeters.com and saw that they are creating a new website. I went to register for updates, however, and I couldn't get it to work.

ooohh...you just beat me to it...I just noticed the change! I LOVE the opening!
I can't get the email page to work either...maybe it isn't quite finished.

That looks terrific. Finally it looks like Bernadette will have the official website she deserves - one worthy of The First Lady of the American Musical Theatre! I hope the final site is as wonderful as this teaser.
I got as far as filling in my address, etc. and pressing send only to receive an error message. Is this what is happening with everyone else?

Yeah, it didn't work for me either--hope they fix that soon. It really does look like it has great potential.

Does anyone else think that Bernadette's autograph on the page look like it only says "Bernadett" without the "e" at the end?
Either way, I think it looks GREAT now. Can't wait til its up and running!

LOL Have you ever seen her autograph? She leaves out lots of letters and I believe often that last "e".

I leave out letters in my name all the time when I am signing a bunch of things....kinda of like shorthand...it starts off good and then trails off into oblivion. I think most of the things I've seen signed by her are always a shortened version in some way or another.

I've noticed that too but it is her official page..maybe she could have really took the time to spell her name right lol..maybe I'm being too perfectionistic. Anyway, I think it looks a lot better than the old page. Good work to the web designer.

Well that would be her signature not her autograph. I understand what you are saying but she consistently signs her autograph that way so I'm sure it was a deliberate decision. I've seen Bernadette's signature and she actually has very beautiful, quite perfect handwriting.

I agree it (so far) is much better than the old page. Hopefully the layout will also be changed a bit to find things easier. Will someone please post when the update page begins accepting email addresses?

Does anybody know if you have to have flash media to view the website? I've been trying to see it all day and it hasn't ever loaded....or maybe they are just working on it. In either case, I can't wait to see it!
