Hi guys,
I will be going to the matinee performance on Bernadette's birthday. I would like to take her something but wanted to throw out an idea to you before I did it. I was thinking of handpainting maybe a mug/saucer or maybe a small platter. There is a place near me where you can paint an unfinished piece of pottery and then they will glaze it and fire it in a kiln.
Anyway, I was just wondering if you all thought that might be a good idea. I was also trying to come up with a way of incorporating the website but have no ideas. I will be doing this either tomorrow or Sunday so I would need the ideas soon. I was thinking of writing possibly the names of the shows (Broadway) that she has been in but beyond that, I am not sure what I will write/paint on it. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I will hopefully muster up the courage to give it to her on the 28th. If I chicken out, I will leave it with an usher or someone at the theatre and hope she gets it!

Hey Mandy!
I think it's a wonderful idea! You could put the website info on the back, or put Broadway's Best on the plate. However, I think whatever you do with it will be lovely! Maybe you can think about putting it in a box, and then decorating the box, which might be a little easier to do!
Have fun on the 28th! I'm seeing the show this monday!
