1995 Concerts

Bernadette continued to perform concerts throughout the United States. Those concerts included: June 7, with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra; July 15, with the San Francisco Symphony; July 24, with the Boston Pops at Tangelwood, Massachusetts; July 28 with the Houston Symphony Orchestra at the Woodlands, Texas; in October in Kansas City, Mo., Hartford, Ct., and Sacramento, Ca., and November 10-11 with the Omaha Symphony Super Pops.

Anyone Can Whistle-Recording

The recording of the concert of "Anyone Can Whistle-Live At Carnegie Hall" was released by Columbia Records. Bernadette co-starred with Angela Lansbury, Madeline Kahn, and Scott Bakula.

The recording was nominated for a Grammy (Musical Show Album).

Mr. Abbott Awards

Bernadette was honored at the annual "Mr. Abbott Awards", a black-tie dinner to benefit the Stage Directors and Choreographers Foundation; the dinner was held at the Copacabana in New York. Other awardees were Gordon Davidson, the artistic director of the Mark Taper Forum, and the Really Useful Company.
