She was the nicest person I have ever met! I went up to her and she put her arm around me and pulled me into her conversation. At first I even thought she might be mistaking me for someone else that she knew because she was so friendly.
I told her that I had been named after her and she was so moved. She kept saying it was such an honor to have my name. When I told her my mom had died when I was little she went on and on about how proud my mother must be of me.
Just thought I'd share, she really was one of the nicest people I have ever met.

From: NYC | posted: 4/10/2005 at 6:32:41 PM ET Ann is DEFINITELY a doll. I met her years back and she couldn't have been sweeter or more friendly than she was. We share a good mutual friend and when she found this out it was as if she'd known me forever.
When I ran into a few months later backstage at Chicago's 6th Anniversary she remembered me and came over to say hello and ask how I was doing. Definitely one of the most amazing women I've ever met.
