Julie Andrews was a speaker at the recent Texas Library Association (she has written children's books as Julie Andrews Edwards). One of our professional journals (Library Journal) had a brief excerpt on her talk (didn't get to go, but heard it was a lot of fun).

She told LJ that she is working on her autobiography. Don't know any other details, other than that she is working on it.

I heard her speak a few months ago and she said that she is primarily focusing the book on the early part of her life, before she became famous. If I remember correctly, she said that she is about 2/3 of the way through.
