I saw Gypsy on Broadway on June 27th, and LOVED IT! It's the first time I've EVER seen a Broadway show! It's also the first time I've seen Bernadette Peters perform live! My favorite part was "Rose's Turn." My legs were seriously shaking during that song! She was incredible! After the show, I waited outside and got her autograph! She also took a picture with me! I was so excited...I barely knew what to say! The picture turned out great, so naturally I had to frame it! I'm just so excited! I still can't believe that I actually met Bernadette Peters in person! She is so sweet and kind! Wow...excuse my babbling! I just can't believe it!

Welcome to the board  Nice to hear you had such a good time at the show. "Rose's Turn" is definitely one of my fave moments from the show too. One of the most amazing theatre moments ever seeing Bernadette sing it ( as far as I am concerned LOL)

i saw Gypsy as my first broadway show, too!!!! it wuz amazing....... Rose's turn was simply........ indescribable. also the first time i'd seen bernadette perform live..... & at the Tony's she did such an amazing job too! unbelievable
I so wish I was Bernadette's daughter! Sorry, wishful thinking again...... by the way, BROADWAY ROX!!!!!!
