Oh, Sarah, I saw you at the stage door! But I didn't know it was you...and I didn't actually attend the concert... unfortunately, I was in a show that night all the way up in Mass, so I basically booked it down to RI and JUST managed to catch the stage door.
The drawing you drew of Bernadette was amazing - my mum and I were talking about how talented you were later from the short, far off glimpse we got of it. And the pictures & video that you took are amazing - I can't believe what a good job you did!
Wasn't it cute that she just signed from the limo? It was weird the way they parked it - she couldn't reach to sign autographs. Regardless, it ended up working fine. I can't wait 'til I can actually see her in concert...eleven days and counting!

you're welcome scottie. its become one of my favorite songs already. maybe i fell asleep to it last night. lol
and thanks KScarlett!! too bad you didnt get to see her. well, you will in 11 days. she is amazing! too bad we didnt get to chat at the sd. i remember seeing you though. i was freezing my butt off. but yeah the limo thing i thought was kind of rude pulling up right to the door. she was gioing to get right in if it wasnt for my grandma asking her if she was going to sign my picture. she said, "yeah ill sign it." then ended up signing everyone's. but i dont blame her cause it was freezing out there. the limo in my way was why i didnt get a picture with her but its ok, i couldnt have asked for a better night! youll love it. do you have good seats?
thats a great picture of you guys!! i didnt stay to get a picture with her. i left right after she singed my stuff.

Ms. Peters quickly connected with the hometown crowd when she complimented areas of Worcester (or, as she pronounced it, "Wooster")
But "Wooster" is obviously the correct pronunciation of "Worcester" ... what's up with that?

Yes -- actually, I have the DVD as well, because I watch it so much that the tape was wearing out, lol. The going down to PPAC thing was a little bit spur of the moment, so we just grabbed random Bernadette stuff for her to sign! I wanted my Gypsy CD signed, and Pennies From Heaven had a white cover, so that was the second candidate (my mum and I each took one).
If you haven't, you NEED to see PFM. It is one of the best movies ever. Very weird the first time, but it just gets better and has deeper meaning every time you see it. And Bernadette's acting is SO stellar in it.

yeah my mom said it was weird. but she also said that the jerk was weird. and it kinda was but i liked it. and hey, bernadette plays in it so yeah. i wish she'd come back again. lol i cant believe it was 3 days ago now. im making a collage with all my stuff from that night. ill post pictures when its done.
if she's done with touring after this, i HAVE to see her in a show if she does more. im dying to get a picture with her and sadly i missed my chance the other night. im thinking of going to NY in july for broadway barks. that would be so much fun. there are a ton of bway stars there nevermind only bernadette! but yeah ive never been and that would be cool to go to.

aww thats too bad. i really wish you could see her live. shes pure brilliance. you're welcome for the pics and videos. glad you like them.
WELL for some good news. i know many of you keep asking me for rose's turn. and believe me, i have been trying for the past several days to upload this video. it just refuses to. so i was about to give up until i called a local store near me and asked if they could put the video on a disk or something so i can put it on the computer. they said they could do it so ill do that tomorrow and the video will be up soon!! im so happy. ill let you all know when it is. its the best one i got of her and you guys will enjoy it! so be patient, its coming!

Sarah,
I'm waiting (mostly patiently) for the new video Also, going back to the Pennies From Heaven part of the thread; although it is absolutely one of the strangest movies I've ever seen, the scene between her and Christopher Walken makes it worth the price. I seriously think that is one of, if not her best acting scene of anything she's done. It's so raw and true to the situation that your heart just breaks for her and what she's having to do. I've watched the movie several times since buying it because I keep getting new things out of it, but I've probably watched that scene more times than anything else in my ever growing collection of all things Bernadette.
