I found this video of Bob Mackie on google and he briefly mentions Bernadette. Fast forward to about 4 minutes into the interview. Enjoy!!!

He mentioned how he worked with her starting with Dames at Sea and designed her wedding dress and mentioned Pennies from Heaven as well. I'm not sure why it's not working, as I just tried the link and it didn't work either. Hopefully it will be fixed soon!
