Does anyone know Bernadette's eggplant parmesan recipe? My husband's mother used to make it, but the recipe is lost!!

what? i don't understand, why would be know? does she have cookbook out osr something? i know a really good one, but it isn't hers.

From what I've heard BP say about cooking on Regis.. it doesn't seem like she does. But I bet she could tell you where you could order out in the city to get it

BP is (our at least used to be a vegetarian --- back in the 70s, she had an eggplant parmesan recipe published in our local newspaper (or somewhere) -- do you think she would remember it? How do I get in touch with her?
