Dont forget to set your machines to BRAVO on March 31st at 6 AM, Bernadette Peters will be on inside the actor's studio! it is a repeat but If you havnt seen it before I recomend you watching it!

I have to say that my day started off much better waking up to Bernadette's voice as opposed to an alarm clock! I am so glad they finally repeated that episode.

I taped it and watched it before work today. I don't think I've ever seen a picture of Bernadette's mother until I saw this program. What a beautiful woman.

i too taped it this morning and i just finished watching it Where are her parents? I know her mom passed away sometime ago i don't remember of what but i'm sure her family are very proud of her

Her mother died in 1982, I believe. Her father died in July of 1999 - according to an interview she gave. It seems her father was ill for a few years before he died at 90 years young.

Wasn't Bernadette gorgeous?
The black clothes and lighting really accented her hair.
I'd hoped for more interview -- not that the singing wasn't wonderful, but we have recordings of those. But I would have liked to hear her talk more -- she's so delightful -- and more of her responses to the students.
Ah, well. Still very happy to have this on tape...

Ahhh...I only got half of it on tape. My local tv guide listed it at the wrong time grrr  But she did look gorgeous as usual.
