Rita Skeeter is that evil newspaper reporter from the Daily Prophet who was saying all of the bad things about Harry.

About buying on Ebay and other sites:
Most bank cards (debit cards) can function as a credit card.
And most sellers on Ebay will accept money orders. Many prefer them over personal checks,because a money order can't bounce. Half.com and Amazon,however,require a credit card/bank card.

Rita Skeeter was the annoying reporter with the pen that made everything way out of context....am I right?
I could actually see her playin both parts...she can play the mean parts, and the annoying parts, that's what's so great about her!
