I don't know about anyone else, but i was a little dissapointed in this year's Broadway Barks; it just didn't have as big a turn out as it usually does (maybe because Mary Tyler Moore wasn't there).
Still, Bernadette did a great job emceeing.....and good for her for telling those photographers (or whoever was screaming) to be quiet.

Why wasn't Mary there? Did Bernadette do well anyway...I do not doubt her at all...I hope it was a beneficial day despite the low turnout....
I chose and my world was shaken, so what? The choice may have been mistaken...the choosing was not, you have to move on......

MTM is filming The Gin Game with Dick Van Dyke in LA. The film was supposed to start production next week but it started this last week instead. She wrote a letter that Bernadette read outloud.
I didn't hear Bernadette tell the photographers to be quiet. What exactly happened and what did she say? It did seem a little lighter in attendance but Shubert Alley was still packed. As a volunteer, I think the event gets better and better each year. A total of 20 shelters participated this year.

I don't know if it was photographers or fans, but people that were off to Bernadette's far right were screaming for the celebrities to turn and look (so the people could take pictures).
Bernadette was shooshing them at first, but then they were doing it when that one guy was talking about the dog that saved lives on September 11th; that seemingly made Bernadette angry (as well it should) and she turned and cut them a look and told them to be quiet....but she didn't make a scene, which is probably why a lot of people didn't notice.

There are some pictures from BB4 posted--I can't do the link, but you can find them if you go to "talkinbroadway.com", and then "All That Chat"--the post with the link is near the top, and references BB4.
