Bernadette is coming to Buffalo for a concert on 9/28/13 (lucky me!) Anyone know a reason why Bernadette never sings "Other Lady"or Peter Allen's "I Never Thought I'd Break" at her concerts? Both are very strong and her interpretations are so beautiful...esp. "Other Lady". Will think of you all....I have first row seats!!

To the loveliest lady of song!
You will keep on giving me joy forever...

That's a question I would love to ask. I complimented Bernadette once on how much I really love the way she sings "Some Enchanted Evening" on stage (if you listen you will notice that there are quite a few subtle differences from the record in the way she does it live) and her response was that she has simply gotten better at singing some songs and she implied that she drops other songs as her voice and style changes. There are a few tunes that she seems to have dropped that I really miss and would like to know her (or Marvin's) thoughts about why some songs go in and out of favor.
