From today's NY Times: "Regrets: They Have a Few" by Jesse Green:

"BERNADETTE PETERS

After 33 previews and 451 regular performances, the Broadway revival of "Gypsy" starring Ms. Peters as Rose closed in May.

'It was exhausting, but I wish we had kept doing the show. We could have gone deeper.' "

I agree!Even though I didn't see the show,I still wish the show was still running! Ms.Peters said that all her life she wanted to play Momma Rose!I think that's a wonderful thought! "Let Me Entertain YOU!"
