Just to post about videos...someone on this board has offered for money to send me a copy of Gypsy...I sent the money and NEVER received the video...that was back in July. So if someone says they have it make them send it to you FIRST and then pay or work something out...because I just basically handed the person on the board about 40 bucks.

Does anyone have a video of the Tyne Daly or Bernadette performance of Gypsy they would be willing to sell or share? Such great performances are worthy of study! Thanks for your help.

I would love to see Bernadette Peter's Gypsy get made into a movie. the stage version was great. I have the version with Natielle Woods. Bernadette is a great actress. If they made a movie with her playing the Stepmother in Cinderalle there shouldnt be anything keeping them from making Gypsy.
I met Mrs. Peters after seeing her in Gypsy on April 25.
My mom saw her in Mack and Mabel and i listen to the cd all the time.
