I missed it today, but it was shown a year or so ago...and I missed it then! But, someone (Kevin?) kindly posted pictures from it on this site.

Of course, the teaser was longer than the actual clip.

Just said that both of them were intensively private people -- not out and about on the town all the time; that they broke up after making Pennies from Heaven; and there was a clip of Martin's sister saying that while she would have liked to have seen the relationship continue, they both had separate ways to go.

Well of course she wanted the relationship to continue. Who wouldn't want Bernadette as your sister-in-law?

When Bernadette performed with the Pacific Symphony in Costa Mesa, CA in 1991, Martin's parents were guests. The local papers had pictures of them together and quotes from his parents saying things like "We haven't seen Bernadette for five years. We miss her. We adore her."

I just looked the article up online and PTM had the quote just about right except they actually didn't say they miss her. (Though I'm sure they meant to). LOL

But unforunately the pictures are not online. It just says there was a black and white and a color photo in the print version but it makes no reference as to who is in the photos.

I was being lazy and ran quotes from two articles together. The Orange County Register had a small color photo of Peters with Martin's mother and her quote saying, "It's been six years since we've seen her. We adore her." There was another article quoting papa Martin saying,"We haven't seen Bernadette for five years. We miss her. She dated our son for five years."
