Its so odd that you suggest Little shop cause its
one im seriously considering, in fact its the one i
want to do the most. The only problem...Audrey two,
the plant. How did you do it? Fortunatly I'm friends
with a director whos currently doing the show. And
she bought the plans for the plant. Soooo hopefully i
can buy/rent/borrow the plans or perhaps even the
whole plant from her. But in the event i cant i need
to start to think about how to do it. How did your
production do it?

in regards to how we did the plant, i'm not really sure because we're still in rehearsal and i haven't seen it yet. but what i know is that there is a person inside that does the puppeteering, and a person offstage who does the voice into a mic. i don't really know what it looks like, but i believe the stage crew is following the instructions exactly from the script. there are very detailed instructions in the back of the book on how to build it and all, and i think for the last scene when all the dead people come out as part of it. (my director's just having them all wear green.) if you need it i could look in the back of the book and give you the exact instructions.
