the New Year with Bernadette!!! (Actually, I'm seeing it on Jan. 1 - not Dec.
31 - I've got a show to do myself on New Years Eve, but thought this was just

Me too! We're seeing it opening night December 29. Got 4th row center
orchestra seats. I can't wait!

on sale to Kennedy Center members and got row T (still good, but not as good
as fourth row center).

BUT, I heard through the grapevine that it is going to be canceled because
of Annie Get Your Gun.

Bernadette could take a night or two off of "Annie Get Your Gun" in
order to have the concert. When Patti LuPone was in "Master Class" she
took a night off and flew to Frisco so she could have a concert. So it
is possible.

See headers | I heard from a reliable source that Bernadette is not going to cancel the
eight concert dates she has scheduled in February and March. Because of
this she will be missing several Friday and Saturday night performances
of Annie Get Your Gun.

You're right, they wouldn't put an understudy on so early in the show. She
just starts previews on Feb 2, so Feb 10th might not even be part of the
actual broadway run.
